Admissions under JEE (Main)

Admissions to the five year Integrated M.Tech (Robotics) Program of the Institute is made through JEE (Main) conducted by CBSE every Year. Official Notification of this examination is given wide publicity through national dailies during September-December every year. Admissions under DASA

The admissions of foreign nationals and Indian students studying abroad to undergraduate Engineering programs in Centrally Funded Institutions (CFIs) is being done under DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) scheme from the academic session 2001-02 onwards. The academic eligibility criteria for candidates seeking admission under DASA scheme for the academic year 2013-14, is same as last years (i.e DASA 2012-13). Candidates who have secured 60% aggregate marks or 6.75CGPA on a 10 point grade or equivalent grades in all subjects of qualifying examination i.e. senior secondary [10+2] or equivalent and have a valid SAT Subject Test (earlier known as SAT II) score (in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics level –II) with a minimum score of 1440 are eligible. Those seeking admission under DASA scheme have to apply online, filling an online application form. M. Tech (Robotics)-(Minimum Duration- 2 Years)



The admission to M. Tech program will be made through CCMT-2014. All the aspirants’ candidates interested in pursuing M. Tech program are advised to visit CCMT 2014 website for further details. There are 10 seats for M. Tech in Information Technology specialization in Robotics. Out of these 3 seats are reserved for OBC candidates, 1 seat for SC candidate and 1 seat for ST candidate.



M. Tech- Ph.D. Dual Degree in Robotics- (Minimum Duration- 4 Years)



The admission to Integrated M. Tech- Ph.D. dual degree program will be made through CCMT-2014. All the aspirants’ candidates interested in pursuing Integrated M. Tech- Ph.D. program are advised to visit CCMT 2014 website for further details. There are 4 seats for M. Tech- Ph.D. dual degree in Information Technology specialization in Robotics. Out of these 1 seats are reserved for OBC candidates, 1 seat for SC candidate.
